our Karma Yoga Project:.

Karma Yoga for the Spanish Seniors is a project inspired by our beloved

Imagine Academy as part of our Yoga Teacher Training, and it is first open to

the Imagine Academy students and sometimes to other Yoga teachers that are

happy to volunteer.
 
This project started in 2015 and since then takes place every Monday afternoon

from 14:30 – 15:30 hr. at the Quartiertreff, Zentralstrasse.

The participants are very enthusiastic and appreciative of the Yoga lessons. And

after a yoga session, the teachers supporting the project are just as elevated as the students themselves.

The course is generally taught in German. Spanish of course is a plus. And most participants understand Italian, too. But, even if your German or Spanish is very

limited, please do not let that discourage you. Their German is very basic, too.
