LANGUAGES

Languages for teaching are German, Spanish, Italian, hands and feet.

Don’t get discouraged, because others teach in Spanish and you don’t know a single word in Spanish. The course was originally taught in German (for the participants to learn German).
But if you do speak Spanish you are welcome to use it. Many of the participants also understand some Italian. And if you only speak English, you will get by too by showing more than talking.

When you are a Student

T H E    D Y N A M I C    B E T W E E N
P A R T N E R S

When you go in pairs, each one of you has a roll to play.
The Yogi in charge of the Tune In, teaches the class from the mat, while the Yogi in charge of the Tune Out, demonstrates a chair version of the class for the seniors that prefer the chair.

(Because we have both cases, there are some participants

who don't go on the mat, only on the chair.)

And when it`s the time for the Tune Out, the Yogis switch

places, and the Tune Out is lead from the mat.

While the other Yogi follows meditation

and relaxation from the chair.
This is how we have been doing it

since the beginning,

and it works:.

So, when you go in pairs, there is only one mat

on the floor for the teachers, and one chair beside it.
