I am not finding Kriyas that I like for this group. And since you cannot alter Kriyas, I am going to create my own sets.
This is my first one, and I included some postures for the chair to share with my partner today, just in case she needed it. I did the Tune in, while she demonstrated the chair version of the postures, from her chair, right beside my mat. I did not feel as comfortable doing this, as when I teach a Kriya, but I definitely think they enjoy this style better. Lucky me! I get to practice something different! There will come the day when I feel as comfortable doing this style as I feel with the Kriyas.
