We started sitting down, and worked our way up to the standing postures that they like so much; Lounge with a flying knee with the help of the chair, the Warriors I & II, and III with the help of the chair, also. As well as Chair pose, Uttanasana, Trikonasana, Tree pose, and even wide leg forward stretch.
Paco brought the recipe of the cake from last week, and everybody was very happy!
