Today at karmaYoga with the Spanish seniors it was Cris and I.
Cris did a A Winter Yin Sequence to Call on the Light Within During the last 20 minutes we all danced Jail house rock, by Elvis Presley and then meditated on the heart. To end the practice with a 9 minutes long savasana.
Afterwards we had a party to celebrate Paco's birthday (to Christina's left). Paco arrived early as usual, and told me separately that it was his birthday a few days ago, and that he brought cake and cava to share with everyone.
- Can we finish the class a little early, so that we can have the cake afterwards? he asked...
