Monday, I`m in love:.

Great experience today with the seniors. I allowed myself to lead the class from the heart. We started standing up, moving in circles with the toes of the feet, then the knees, the hips, and arms. We also did dynamic upward salutes, to get more actively into synchronising the breath with movements. Then we did the Chair, the Twisted Chair, Warrior II or Dynamic Archer, and from that we went into Trikonasana. I realised it was time for a break, so we sat on the mat, a couple of them on chairs. We did a short meditation, only following the breath with the right hand on the heart, and the left one on the belly. We calmed ourselves down , and did neck stretches, circles with the nose, shoulder shrugs and spinal twist (staying for a few breaths on each side). To finish, we went onto our back to do the bike, having the legs parallel to the mat, with powerful breathing, for maybe 1 minute and a half, or close to 2 minutes. They were exhausted, and it was time for Savasana:. :) They were very happy at the end, and they were leaving, but I thought of asking them to strike the pose for you guys, :) This is the result:. Until next time!.. ;)
