Fresh vibe, babe! ♡

Rainy Monday with the Spanish Seniors and my partner for today, Melanie! We gave special attention to the neck area, releasing tension in the upper back and shoulders.

And then we did a series of standing postures to strengthen the legs like dynamic upward salute, chair pose, and Trikonasana, they love it.

Melanie ended the practice with a meditation for a calmed heart, and it was beautiful.
